Based on their technologies and business needs, we help our clients identify strategically valuable IP, and make recommendations on how an IP portfolio should be built. We then search IP in the US to build candidate portfolios, evaluate their coverage and value, and facilitate their acquisition.

And only those with experience in both patent prosecution and patent litigation understand how to identify broad patents that can still survive attack.

In particular, our team brings actual experience in executive management of technology companies, engineering and product development, and patent law.
